Snow Rider

Snow Rider is a fast-paced endless runner set on snowy hills and icy paths. You control a sled speeding downhill; your job is to avoid obstacles and collect gift boxes. The course is different every run, with varied terrain and a strong winter feel. Realistic sled and snow physics make steering and jumping feel responsive. Obstacles include snowmen, rolling snowballs, trees, stumps, rocks, icy cliffs, and gaps. Hitting any of these ends the run—only wooden fences can be broken through. There are no lives or levels; you play until you crash, then try again to beat your distance and score.

Gift boxes along the path let you unlock new sleds. You begin with the Toboggan and can unlock ten more, from the Metal Sleigh and Plastic Sleigh to the Santa Sleigh and Hill Racing Sleigh. Each sled has a distinct design. The game is easy to learn and works in the browser on desktop and mobile, so you can play without downloading anything.

• Stay centered when you can: Keeping to the middle of the path gives you more room to dodge obstacles from either side and a better view of what is ahead.
• Look ahead: Focus on the slope in front of you so you can spot obstacles and plan your moves instead of reacting at the last second.
• Do not chase every gift: Gifts unlock sleds, but going out of your way for a box near obstacles often leads to a crash. Skip risky boxes and stay alive longer to collect more over time.
• Avoid over-steering: The game is fast; small, precise movements work better than holding the key down or making big swings. Short taps help you stay in control.
• Use jumps wisely: Jump over snowballs, stumps, and gaps when needed, but do not jump at every obstacle. Sometimes steering around is safer and keeps you in control.
• Practice: Each run teaches you a bit more about obstacle patterns and timing. The more you play, the better you get at reading the slope and beating your best score.

You start on the default Toboggan. Collect gift boxes during your runs and spend them to unlock new sleds. Costs are: Metal Sleigh (50 gifts), Evil Sleigh (75), Plastic Sleigh (50), Santa Sleigh (200), Round Sleigh (75), Chroma Sleigh (75), Eskimo Sleigh (75), Ancient Sleigh (50), Modern Sleigh (50), and Hill Racing Sleigh (100). Sleds are mainly cosmetic; choose the one you like and keep improving your distance and score.
